I have 6+ years experience in a product designer role. I also 4+ years of experience in a people management role. I have scaled the design team by participating in hiring, interviewing and feeding back to define team needs. Alongside mentoring 6+ individuals and helped develop individual career goals.
While at Skyscanner, I have single handedly led the design team to launch Skyscanner Trains. My most recent achievement includes leading the design strategy of the largest and most high priority verticals (Hotels) at Skyscanner. I took the role of Design Tribe Lead and spearheaded foundation setting for the Hotels design team during the 6 months. I coached a team of 5 designers through stand ups & design critiques, and by sharing best practices. I won the CEO Award for playing a critical role in transforming the hotels web and app product
